The Children’s Welfare and Research Foundation has helped support their great work for over 20 years with our donations to GOSH reaching over £1,000,000.
Every day, over 750 seriously ill children and young people arrive at Great Ormond Street Hospital
(GOSH) from all over the UK in need of life-changing treatment and care. Since 1852, the hospital has
relied on the support of charitable donations to enable it to go above and beyond for seriously ill
children.
The Children’s Welfare and Research Foundation have been committed to help make a difference to
the lives of the seriously ill children treated at GOSH for over two decades. The dedication of the
Children’s Welfare Research Foundation has raised in excess of £1,000,000 to purchase pieces of
specialist medical equipment and fund vital building work at GOSH. This includes ventilators in the
critical care unit, ultrasound machines and defibrillators. The Children’s Welfare and Research
Foundation has made a lasting impact at GOSH, and will continue to make an incredible difference
with their support of GOSH Charity in 2024
The Children’s Welfare and Research Foundation have been supporting us at Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSH Charity) for over 20 years. The team are passionate and dedicated, working tirelessly to fundraise each year for GOSH Charity. The Children’s Welfare and Research Foundation have raised in excess of £1m over the years, with their most recent event raising funds to provide ventilators and other specialist equipment to help transform the lives of the seriously ill children we treat at GOSH. We are incredibly grateful to The Children’s Welfare and Research Foundation for their continued support over the years, and their commitment to supporting the children and families at GOSH.
