Our Team

A collective of business leaders spanning the UK and Ireland. Our roster includes members who have been integral since our inception, alongside trustees continuing a familial legacy. We are dedicated to raising and ensuring that 100% of proceeds are put towards improving the welfare of sick and disadvantaged children.  

James McArdle

Chairman

Our chairman Jim is another of the founding trustees. Jim is Chairman of McArdle Sports Tec and former owner of McArdle Contracts. He has also been involved in many of the major construction projects in the UK. He loves to holiday, whether visiting family in Ireland oe travelling to far-away shores.

Paddy Kelly

Treasurer

Paddy is a founding trustee and and CWRF treasurer since 15th February 1984 and has provided invaluable support and guidance to our Chairman past and present. Paddy enjoyed a successful career in banking with the AIB and is now retired and lives with his wife, Eilish in Buckinghamshire.

David Jones

Trustee

David, a chartered accountant and keen golfer, joined our board in 2018 and has taken over our accounting duties. David enjoys a successful career as partner with top accountancy firm, Mercer and Hole. A life long Manchester United fan, David lives in Rickmansworth with his wife and two sons.

Keith Masterson

Trustee

Keith has over 25 years’ experience in the Construction Industry and is part owner of the Masterson Holdings Group which incorporates Getjar Ltd, Atlantic Contracts Ltd and Glencoe Plant Services Ltd. Keith’s passions are his family, Arsenal F.C, golf, and snowboarding.

Sean McNicholas

Trustee

Sean is MD of Glandore Group, a residential-led property development company based in London, specialising in creating boutique developments in prime presidential locations. Sean lives in Richmond with his wife and young son.

Kevin Moran

Trustee

Kevin is Managing Director of MP Moran, a family-run Builders Merchants supplying the construction industry since 1976. He joined the board of trustees in April 2022 and will continue the good work.

Rory O’Connor

Trustee

Rory is the Managing Director and Co-Owner of O’Shea Group, a London based residential developer. A long-time supporter of the CWRF, Rory joined the board in 2022. A chartered accountant by trade, he enjoys golfing, cycling and time spent in Kerry.

Karen Benardout

Karen has been organising our golf days and providing great help and support to our board of trustees and has been the main point of contact between us and our charitable partners. Karen lives in North London with her husband and is a mother to 2 daughters and grandmother to 4.
